"The hotel was nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. We did stay on the third floor at the end of the hallway by the outside door. The lock on the door wasn't working correctly and we had to make several long trips to our room because of this. People also started knocking on our wall for us to let us in. We wish they would have changed our room so we didn't have this inconvenience. Otherwise everything was good."
