"My party arrived late and had prepaid for 3 rooms. The hotel was locked and there was an indication of 3 numbers to contact. We called and were told by the female on the end of the line to go across the road to another hotel then when we declined she said to call the second number. We called that number and the manager said he would recommend the same action (go elsewhere) but agreed to come to let us in. Prior to him arriving (20 minutes outside), a cleaning lady noticed us standing outside and opened the door to let us wait in the lobby. We were given room cards once the guy arrived and proceeded to our rooms. The cards did not work then we went back to the front desk to find it un-manned. A phone call reached the manager once again who had showed up earlier and he came back. We stayed two nights and our rooms were not made up. Hotel looked good from far but was far from good!"
